The sold-price figures on this site are computed from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right. Every figure is derived from real recorded transactions; nothing is estimated or invented.

Information, not advice

Sold Price provides information and calculation only. It is not a valuation, survey, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always take professional advice before a property decision.

Reports & data packs

Where we offer a paid area report or data pack, you are paying for the curation and convenience of compiled, cleaned open data — not for the underlying dataset, which anyone may obtain free from HM Land Registry. Each download includes its licence notice. Payments are handled by Stripe.
