This policy explains what data Sold Price collects, why, and your rights under UK GDPR. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.

Who is responsible

Sold Price is operated by Westcountry Hosting Ltd, the data controller for this site. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Server logs — standard web-server records (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) kept briefly to run and secure the site.
• Affiliate cookies — some banner and outbound links are affiliate links served through Commission Junction (CJ). If you click one, CJ may set a cookie to attribute any resulting purchase.
• Payment data — if you buy a report or data pack, checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

This site does not run Google Analytics and does not serve Google AdSense. We do not build advertising profiles of you. The property records shown are the open dataset already published by HM Land Registry; we add no personal data beyond it.

Third parties

Our processors and partners are Commission Junction (affiliate links) and Stripe (payments). Each handles data under its own policy.

Your rights
